We want to find out more about you, your business goals and struggles. After our discovery call, we’ll send over a project timeline and quote. Once the proposal is confirmed and we receive your 50% deposit, we can set you up on our portal and book in a start date.


We’ll take a deep dive into your brand positioning, target audience and market analysis, which will guide the creative direction. Next, we’ll present some initial creative direction concepts and moodboards, based on this strategy.


Once we receive your feedback on the creative direction, we’ll begin designing using this as a guide. We will then present the brand identity, with explanations behind each creative decision.


You’ll review the brand identity presentation and send over any feedback. We can make any revisions needed and develop the visuals further.


Your new brand identity is ready to go live! We’ll provide you with all the final files and assets, alongside a brand guidelines document.
